We're hiring for Teacher Trainer- Chemistry (Female)
The Teacher Trainer is responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching practices across both offline and
online classrooms through a robust feedback mechanism and structured upskilling sessions, adhering
to the Vision of Avanti Fellows. This role includes school visits, observation of teaching practices,
coaching, and maintaining detailed performance records. The role also supports training programs and
teacher professional development initiatives across the organisation.

4. Data Management & Coordination
5. Large Group Meetings & Retention Programs
6. Periodic Training & Curriculum Support
