Student Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment, encouraging student participation and critical thinking. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement. Industry Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporate real-world examples, and establish connections with professionals to enhance the relevance of the curriculum. Technology Integration: Utilize cutting-edge educational technologies to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for the evolving demands of the tech industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent in a relevant field. Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of current trends and advancements in the technical domain. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
