Role & responsibilities As a teacher you will be responsible for: Curriculum Delivery: Teachers are responsible for effectively delivering the CBSE curriculum to students, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of subjects. Lesson Planning: They develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs. Assessment and Evaluation: Teachers assess student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and projects, providing feedback and guidance. Fostering Critical Thinking: They encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Beyond the Classroom: Mentorship and Guidance: Teachers act as mentors, providing support and guidance to students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges. Positive Learning Environment: They create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable participating and expressing themselves. Role Modeling: Teachers serve as role models for students, demonstrating positive values, ethics, and social responsibility. Communication with Parents: They maintain open communication with parents, addressing their concerns and working collaboratively to support student learning. Professional Development: They participate in training and development activities to enhance their teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices. Preferred candidate profile Were looking for a candidate who has: A Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (required). B.Ed/M.Ed (regular) from reputed institution Working Experience as Teacher (for PGT, TGT and PRT) in CBSE affiliated School (required). A minimum of 5-10 year experience as teacher for (for PGT, TGT and PRT) Preferred profile would be PRT, TGT, PGT Physics / PGT Mathematics Proven expertise in driving academic improvement and leading diverse teams. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. A commitment to fostering equity, inclusion, and cultural competence.
