Candidates must possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach senior secondary students effectively. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory for all applicants. 📌 Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the curriculum. Create a positive, supportive, and interactive classroom environment. Prepare question papers, assignments, and conduct evaluations regularly. Track students’ academic progress and maintain performance records. Use modern teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning. Encourage analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning and school activities. Participate in parent–teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school programs. Ensure classroom discipline and maintain professional ethics. Guide students for board exams, projects,and competition.
