FEA aims to provide disadvantaged youth in India with a path to professional jobs through a free one-year intensive coaching program. The program focuses on English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning through a mix of technology, peer interaction, and lecture-based methods. FEA offers free programs for urban and rural youth in north India's Hindi belt to build productive, ethical mindsets and core employability skills. With over 1,000 branches and 60,000+ students across 10 states, FEA prepares students to adapt to future workforce changes by teaching lifelong learning skills. A study by Stanford University found that FEA's urban program increases career earnings significantly.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in Lakhisarai. The Teacher will create lesson plans, deliver lessons, and provide training to students. Responsibilities include teaching English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and facilitating lifelong learning through interactive, dynamic methods. The Teacher will also conduct assessments and provide feedback to students, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs. Collaboration with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience is crucial.
