As a Teacher at Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) located in Mainpuri, your primary role will be to develop and deliver lesson plans, educate students, and create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include teaching English, digital literacy, and non-cognitive skills to disadvantaged youth, as well as providing continuous training and support to help enhance their employability skills and achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver lesson plans focusing on English, digital literacy, and non-cognitive skills - Educate students through various teaching methods to ensure effective learning - Create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment to facilitate student growth - Provide continuous training and support to students to enhance their employability skills - Work closely with students to help them achieve their career goals Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in lesson planning and education skills - Excellent communication and teaching skills - Previous training experience is preferred - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Mainpuri - Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field is preferred - Experience in working with underserved communities is a plus About Freedom Employability Academy (FEA): Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is dedicated to providing disadvantaged youth in India with a pathway to professional jobs through a free one-year intensive coaching program.
