Role Overview

We are looking for a Teacher & Guide (Pillar 8) who is not just an instructor but a "Brain Architect" for children aged 6–12. You will be responsible for teaching foundational academic subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) while integrating our proprietary "Quantum Learning" methodologies, which include Meditation, Siddha Sankalp (Affirmations), and Cognitive Brain Training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Cognitive Instruction

• Teach core subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, EVS) using the "Quantum Success" methodology that blends logic (Left Brain) with creativity (Right Brain).
• Implement specific exercises to boost Cognitive Mastery, such as Memory Capacity and Focused Attention.
• Use "Scientific Methods" (Hypothesis testing) for Science and "Linguistic Intelligence" techniques (Storytelling, Debates) for Languages.

2. Spiritual & Holistic Integration

• Lead daily Foundational Practices including Meditation, Chakra Activation, and Gazing (Trataka) to improve student concentration.
• Teach and model the core values of Faith, Patience, and Persistence (Siddha Sankalp) in all classroom activities.
• Help students identify and balance their Emotional Sensitivity (Mood Stability, Anxiety Management) using breathing and mindfulness techniques.

3. Student Assessment & Mentorship

• Evaluate students not just on grades, but on the 10 Pillar Career Framework, helping identifying early aptitudes for future roles like "Future Creators" (Tech) or "Healers" (Healthcare).
• Track student progress using our Success Blueprint metrics, specifically monitoring gaps in Analytical Thinking and Creative Thinking.
• Act as a Guide , fostering Self-Intelligence (Self-Reflection and Stress Resilience) in young minds.

4. Classroom Environment & Culture

• Create a "High Vibration" classroom environment that supports Positive Karmic Imprints (Harmonious Relationships, Truthfulness).
• Encourage Social Intelligence by organizing collaborative group activities that build Empathy and Team Spirit.

Required Competencies (Pillar 8 Skills)

• Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant field (Science/Arts background preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years teaching primary or middle school students (Ages 6–12).
• Mindset: Must be open to Indian Spiritual Systems (Yoga, Meditation, Vedantic thought) and willing to learn Neuroscience basics.
• Bonus: Experience with Montessori, Waldorf, or Gurukul systems is a plus.
