The Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering effective instructional lessons to students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth. The role requires creating a positive learning environment, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  
• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials.
  
• Assess, record, and report on students progress and achievements.
  
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
  
• Provide individual support and guidance to students when needed.
  
• Use innovative teaching methods and integrate technology where appropriate.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
  
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve the overall learning experience.
  
• Uphold the schools values, policies, and code of conduct.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject.
  
• Teaching certification/license (as applicable).
  
• Proven experience in teaching (subject/grade as required).
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital learning tools.
  
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
