Teacher Associate - PCM (JEE Mains & Above)

As a Teacher Associate at Avanti Fellows, your role involves leading academic delivery across 34 batches. This includes teaching core concepts effectively, resolving doubts, and motivating students towards their academic goals. Your responsibilities will require strong subject expertise, the ability to inspire learners, and consistent follow-up on academic tasks such as conducting assessments, analyzing student progress, and providing personalized support to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Key responsibilities: - Teach Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics at the JEE Mains level and beyond. - Use Hindi terminology effectively while teaching to aid students from Hindi medium backgrounds in understanding concepts clearly. - Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of relatively weaker students and offer academic support outside classroom hours. - Regularly monitor student progress and offer timely feedback. - Collaborate closely with the academic team to plan lessons, assessments, and remedial interventions. - Serve as a constant source of motivation and mentorship for students throughout their academic journey. Qualifications required: - Education: BSc./MSc./B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience. - Skills: Prior experience in teaching JEE-level students, proficiency in both English and Hindi with the ability to explain concepts in Hindi terminology. - Personality traits: Patience, self-motivation, student-first approach, willingness to dedicate extra time to help students improve, ability to connect with, inspire, and motivate students, strong interpersonal & communication skills.
