For Physics : A post graduate degree in Physics, a bachelors of Education (preferred), experience of working with Cambridge curriculum in senior grades, excellent communication skills and subject expertise, and possibly boarding school experience. For English : A post graduate degree in English Literature, a bachelors of Education (preferred), experience of working with Cambridge curriculum in senior grades, excellent communication skills and subject expertise, and possibly boarding school experience.

Science Teachers (Biology/Physics/Chemistry) / Subject Matter Expert - Class 6 to 10: Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the CBSE/State curriculum for Science subjects Must be proficient in English language communications (Read, Write and Speak) Must have excellent subject knowledge in Science (Biology/Physics/Chemistry) Gather and finalize content in line with NCERT/STATE syllabus for Class 6 to 10 Work on basic foundation for IIT JEE / NEET syllabus Prepare chapter-wise presentations (PPTs) for Science (Biology/Physics/Chemistry) chapters Provide excellent concept clarity to students to lay strong foundation and learning Teach, guide and mentor the students to focus on application of concepts learned Enrich students learning through activities and practical approaches Encourage critical thinking, discussions, and analytical skills among students Prepare students for school and board examinations by conducting revision sessions and mock tests Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, etc. Initiate immediate corrections and corrective measures to avoid repeat errors Inspire students to be up to date on the concepts taught / learned Motivate and drive the students to daily basis learning and daily basis practice Guide the students on handling exams, managing time and achieving good scores Handle both teaching and non-teaching responsibilities Make video and audio recording sessions as part of the content development Analyze and prepare content, question papers, answers, observe competition and so on Any other responsibilities allotted by the company as demanded by the situation

Roles and Responsibilities Teach Physics to students at both TGT and PGT levels, ensuring effective learning outcomes. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to measure student progress. Provide individualized support to students who require extra help or have special needs.
