The role mainly consists of creating or updating technical user configurations for FX customers, as well as organising network enablement, acting as primary liaison for buy and sell-side FX customers, software certification for FX APIs and handling participant reference data across all the FX venues. You will be an important partner in the technical setup of large FX customers, therefore solid technical experience is critical! Collaborate with internal partners to setup FX customers on LSEG FX trading platforms. Resolve sophisticated client queries, call out high-impact risks, and build internal relationships and networks with key teams.
