Job Description

As a Network Administrator at PwC, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting clients" network infrastructure. You will work as part of a systems engineering team to design and develop scalable, maintainable, and highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. Your focus will be on various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, and more. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and installing network devices, maintaining Palo Alto Firewall, Global Protect, Next Generation Threat protection features, Panorama, and other security solutions like Imperva WAF, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, AWS Cloud networking components, Zscaler solutions, among others. You will also be expected to perform network maintenance, system upgrades, monitoring performance, ensuring system availability, and providing Level-2/3 support for issue resolution. Additionally, you will work within established configuration and change management policies, liaise with vendors, and collaborate with IT personnel for problem resolution. To excel in this role, you should have a deep technical understanding and SME level knowledge in Security products, especially Palo Alto solutions, Illumio, and Imperva WAF. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle Client leadership in Technical and troubleshooting bridge calls. Experience with incident management, change management, adherence to SLAs, and knowledge of service management tools like Service Now will be beneficial. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field, a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Networking concepts and troubleshooting, and solid understanding of networking protocols. Holding certifications such as CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued), having a strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM, and staying current with industry trends and methodologies will be advantageous. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must for this role.
