Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Security Analyst / Senior Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Engage and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects. Provide Level 3 and Level 4 support for the system within agreed service levels. Work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude. Manage and administer Active Directory, including bulk updates using scripts. Handle escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, and suggest solutions to avoid errors. Implement and manage Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Communicate detailed technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Perform systems analysis and tuning to ensure optimal infrastructure response. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 3-6 years of experience implementing IAM projects (Active Directory and Azure AD) and migration. Strong command over verbal and written English language. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tools. Experience with PKI, MFA, ADFS, Entra, and QMM. Willingness to travel as required. Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required. Willingness to work in shifts as required.
