TBO is not Trust Worthy anymore. We have not received the refund for Tickets got Cancelled in June - 2020 for Delhi-Kullu Flight by Air India. TBO is blaming Air India where Air India saying TBO is responsible for our refund as we booked through TBO. Don't ever Book tickets through this TBO otherwise you will be cheated by TBO.

Decoids they are... Refunded the amount after six months and that too was not full .. they totally mislead their customers with their fellow agents and grab thr hard earned money …

Worst travel service providers ever. Never go for their b2b portal. Totally worthless. Customer service is a big zero. Takes days to respond over emails. They should shut down the company.

I m a travel agent working with TBO. My customers ticket was cancelled in february due to flight cancelled. TBO already received full refund from the airlines in april 2020 but now they were saying they haven't received any refund from the airlines
