As a Full Stack .Net Developer Tax Senior in the GDS Tax Technology team, you'll be responsible for developing and integrating technology solutions to enhance client service. Your role in the Solution Delivery pillar involves designing, testing, and implementing solutions to support the GDS Tax Practice. Key Responsibilities: - Technical design and development of solutions in accordance with Solution Development pioneer's guidelines - Estimating technical effort, work breakdown structure, risks, and solutions at a solution level - Monitoring adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs - Stakeholder management and effective communication within the team and with peers and stakeholders - Providing input to application development/engineering methodologies and standards - Anticipating and resolving problems effectively - Leading and supervising team members and staff Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience - Masters degree preferred - 4-8 years of relevant experience - Management experience is a plus Additional Company Details (if present): EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global network operating across six locations and collaborating with teams from all EY service lines.
