Tax Support Expert

Role Overview: As a Tax Support Expert at KDK, your primary responsibility will be to understand the tax filing process for both direct and indirect taxes. You will assist KDK customers with their queries related to tax filing and software technical issues. This includes addressing customer issues with KDK applications such as Income tax, TDS, GST, or other tax compliance applications. Your role will involve providing support on both functional and technical issues to help customers resolve their queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via remote access or over the phone. - Listen to and understand customer queries, and provide support and resolution to their issues. - Stay updated on KDK products to effectively assist customers. - Update information on the support application accurately. - Be prepared to handle 50+ customer calls during the day. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in providing customer support, preferably in the tax domain. - Strong understanding of direct and indirect tax filing processes. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
