Tax Senior Financial Consultant

As a Senior in the Private Client Service (PCS) team at EisnerAmper, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional services to clients while thriving in a dynamic and growing environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Building impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintaining relationships with firm leadership - Running client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects on time, within budget, and up to management standards - Reviewing tax returns completed by staff, making recommendations regarding accuracy and savings opportunities - Researching and consulting on various tax matters, responding to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested - Brainstorming new ideas and proposing innovative solutions to problems - Mentoring and coaching junior team members Basic qualifications for this opportunity include: - A Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field - 3+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience - CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent certification would be an added advantage - Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts - Experience working with PCS clients, including 1065, 1120, and 1120s forms Ideally, you will also have: - A Master's Degree in Tax, accounting, or equivalent field About EisnerAmper: EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms globally, with a commitment to helping clients meet current challenges and position themselves for future success.
