Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling adhoc requests with a quick turnaround time and managing multiple clients without deviating from agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve applying your experience and judgment to perform analysis, identify inconsistencies, and abnormalities. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and processing the final settlement of separated staff for clients, maintaining employees" leave records, leave calculations, and leave rules. You will also maintain employment records, handle HR-related queries, and build strong relationships with clients.
