Tax Associate

Legal Entity Controller / Financial Analyst

You will lead and support monthly close activities, financial statement analysis, statutory audit preparation, and process improvements, contributing directly to Keysight's global financial compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  legal entity financial analysis

  including P&L, Balance Sheet, Opex variance analysis, ratio analysis, and other risk identification techniques.
• Assess and escalate potential

  financial reporting risks

  , and proactively engage in issue resolution.
• Act as a bridge between

  Local GAAP and US GAAP

  financial reporting requirements; ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
• Drive and support

  statutory audits

  :
• Prepare and deliver audit schedules and financial statement packages.
• Generate Local GAAP-compliant financials.
• Address and resolve audit queries with both

  on-site auditors

  and

  Hub-based US GAAP teams

  .
• Lead

  month-end close activities

  for assigned entities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to address compliance and reporting concerns.
• Partner with

  Country Controllership (GFRC)

  teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of legal entity financial statements.
• Independently manage relationships with key stakeholders for

  complex legal entities

  with limited supervision.
• Assist country teams with the completion of

  external business and financial surveys

  .
• Identify and recommend opportunities for

  process automation

  , standardization, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  01 year

  of post-qualification experience

• OR

• Master's degree

  in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA, ICWA, ACCA, or equivalent), with

  23 years

  of relevant corporate experience

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in working with ERP systems (preferably

  SAP

  ,

  Oracle

  ,

  OneStream

  ).
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  and data analysis tools.
