Tax Associate

Job Overview:

We are hiring freshers for our US Mortgage Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, verifying customer information, and supporting mortgage-related services in compliance with US process guidelines. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US Mortgage process.
• Interact with US customers/clients and resolve queries efficiently.
• Verify and update customer information as per process requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in documentation.
• Adhere to process compliance, company policies, and data security guidelines.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets (calls, quality, productivity).

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
• Freshers are welcome; prior BPO experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Net Salary: 20,000 per month
• PF included
• ESI or Mediclaim coverage as applicable

• Freshers preferred
• Strong willingness to work in night shifts with own transportation
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
