TAX AND COMPANY LAW INTERN

We are looking for a motivated Tax and Company Law Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong theoretical foundation in Accounting, Taxation, and Company Law, along with a keen interest in practical application.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in research, drafting, and preparation of documents related to taxation and company law.
• Support in filing, compliance, and documentation work.
• Work with senior team members on assignments related to Income Tax, GST, and ROC compliance.
• Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy in all assigned tasks.

Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic and theoretical knowledge of Accounting, Tax, and Company Law is a must.
• Candidates pursuing CS Executive, CA, or recently completed B.Com (Hons.) will be preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience, however freshers can also apply.
• Minimum internship duration: 6 months.
• Good communication, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to practical work exposure.
