Tax Analyst

Role & responsibilities

We are large firm of Chartered Accountants based out of Bangalore. We have vacancy in our indirect tax department. The candidate with strong indirect tax knowledge, having the ability to handled the following roles is suited for the role:

1. Preparation of monthly workings for filing GST returns

2. Review of the correctness of the information for filing of GST returns

3. Filing of monthly GST returns in Form GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B including Annual Return in Form GSTR 9

4. ITC Reconciliation with GSTR 2A/ GSTR 2B

5. Strong knowledge of GST law

6. Representation before department on refunds and other GST matters

7. Preparation of Responses to notices and representing the matters before Appellate Authority

8. Undertaking GST audit

9. Providing Training on GST

10. Proficient in handling large client and client data

11. Use of Power Bi and Power Query

12. Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel

13. Use of VBA tools

14. Strong in handling large data

Preferred candidate profile

The Candidate should have prior work experience in CA office, having strong knowledge and use of Advanced MS Excel, Power Query with good communication & inter personal skills.
