Ability to take the point to point estimate. Should have well experience in coordination with contractors for works. Must know the prevailing labour contract rates. Knowledge of electrical codes, LT & HT experience is mandatory Knowledge in Plumbing,HVAC, and fire fighting codes. Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems.
