Job Description

Supervise the day to day Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Firefigting system works, monitor the quality of work, checking the measurements and taking running bills, etc Should have knowledge and experience in understanding and executing electrical, plumbing and firefighting drawings. Ability to take the point to point estimate. Should have well experience in coordination with contractors for works. Must know the prevailing labour contract rates. Knowledge of electrical codes, LT & HT experience is mandatory Knowledge in Plumbing,HVAC, and fire fighting codes. Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems. Knowledge in Plumbing and firefighting systems and materials" Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 24 months Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
