The flat structures are not the best. Poor usage of carpet area. The buildings don’t look high in construction quality though full glass facade is new in residential properties in thane. Classy feel though.

5 stars for the community. But a word of caution to prospective buyers don't fall for the TATA name. Do your due diligence reach out to one us to hand hold you through the process and safe gaurds to follow. Some of the positive feedbacks here are paid reviews for piddly Rs. 5.
