Job Title: Tally Support Executive (Field Support) Salary: 15-20K CTC + Incentive Location: Andheri Job Description: We are hiring a Software Support Executive for field support, responsible for providing on-site technical assistance to clients in Andheri. The role includes troubleshooting, resolving software issues, and offering training on Tally and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Visit client locations within Mumbai to provide technical support and resolve issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, including Tally. Offer training to clients on software usage and functionality. Assist with networking, troubleshooting, and system configuration as required. Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of client queries and maintain service records. Eligibility Criteria: Age: 20 to 27 years. Bike & Laptop is required Education: Commerce graduates must have strong accounting knowledge and expertise in Tally. Science graduates must have technical skills, including troubleshooting and basic networking. Engineer/ BA/Arts graduates are not eligible. Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude. Additional Requirements: Male candidates only. Graduates with relevant experience or freshers with strong technical/accounting skills are welcome. Why Join Us?
