Tally Operator (Male Fresher)

Job Opportunity: Tally billing and Office Assistant
Qualifications:

• 12th Pass (Math /Commerce) AND math/ commerce Graduate.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Tally ERP/Prime, Microsoft Excel (mandatory), and general accounting software.
• Meticulous in verifying data, correcting errors, and ensuring compliance.
• Ability to analyze reports, track financial transactions, and improve processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and potentially customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and verify invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills for dispatches.
• Maintain updated stock registers and ensure accurate data entry in Tally.
• Create and issue invoices to customers based on sales and service agreements.
• Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle follow-ups on outstanding invoices and payment collections.
