We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Tally Data Entry Operator to join our team.

Job Description:
The Tally Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering financial and accounting data into the Tally software with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling day-to-day accounting transactions and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily financial transactions in Tally ERP software.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Prepare and verify financial documents such as invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Assist in preparing reports and statements.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or accounting using Tally ERP.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally ERP or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
