Job Description

The job involves recording all transactions accurately and reconciling accounts. You will be responsible for preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. Additionally, you will perform cost and general ledger analysis, complete tax audits to ensure compliance, and manage budgets and cash flows. Your role will also include examining financial discrepancies, creating and implementing new accounting systems, and providing financial strategy guidance to the management. Furthermore, you will be involved in guiding investments, mergers, and acquisitions. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts. In addition to your salary, there is a performance bonus and a yearly bonus. The preferred education for this role is a Bachelor's degree. The work location is in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and requires in-person presence.,
