Tally Accountant

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for summarizing the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. You will substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Your role will involve guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions, as well as reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Your responsibilities will also include securing financial information by completing database backups, verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, and producing error-free accounting reports while presenting their results. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze financial information, summarize financial status, and provide technical support and advice on management. You will review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures, participate in financial standards setting and forecast processes, and provide input into the department's goal-setting process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities As an Accounting Specialist in our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
