Talent Sourcing Specialist IT

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process in the IT sector. This includes drafting job descriptions, posting them on relevant platforms, sourcing potential candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. You will also be involved in salary negotiations, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting inductions, and introducing new hires to the team. In addition, you will be required to maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and reports to ensure efficient tracking of hiring activities. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure timely closures of open positions, and vendor coordination will be necessary to manage hiring costs effectively. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam, along with good interpersonal skills.
