Job Description

As a Talent, Culture & Operations Officer at Formee Holdings, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workplace culture and driving operational excellence across HR functions. Formee Holdings is a dynamic multinational group with a diverse portfolio of brands across various industries, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Employee Lifecycle Management** - Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for the team in India. - Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure seamless integration into the team. - Maintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data. - **Talent Acquisition** - Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles. - Source, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviews. - Build relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms. - **Policy & Compliance Management** - Ensure adherence to employment laws in India. - Draft and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations. - **Culture & Engagement** - Foster a people-first, values-driven culture across all teams. - Implement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition efforts. - Support DEI efforts and promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion. - **Training & Development** - Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs. - Collaborate with global teams to implement learning pathways. - Track and report on training outcomes. - **Reporting & Operations** - Prepare regular HR dashboards and metrics for leadership. - Support audits and provide operational support to the People & Culture function. - Work across departments to improve processes and drive efficiency. **Key Skills & Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certifications like SHRM/CHRM/CIPD are a plus). - **Experience:** 3-4 years in HR or People & Culture roles. - **Knowledge of:** Indian labor laws (mandatory). **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication (verbal & written). - Problem-solving mindset. - High emotional intelligence and confidentiality. - Strong coordination and stakeholder management. **Core Competencies:** - Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to fast-paced environments. - Initiative: Self-starter who anticipates needs and acts proactively. - Cultural Intelligence: Able to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt communication styles accordingly. - Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
