This role will support the Group L&D Manager in developing and implementing an organization-wide competency framework, integrating it into the CR3-CARE HRMS, & assisting in succession planning for critical roles. This is one year contractual role. Required Candidate profile 1. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2. English Proficiency: Minimum TOEIC 800+, IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
