The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer experience across international markets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes. Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests within defined TAT. Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction. Follow communication scripts and standard call-handling procedures. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Maintain call records, feedback, and reporting as per process requirements. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred). Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure, objections, and difficult conversations with professionalism. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Eligibility Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream). Experience: 0–4 years in International Voice/Customer Support.
