Communicate with high-end clients, identify needs, and ensure successful recruitment campaigns. Effectively handle data management for candidate profiles and records. Achieve monthly delivery targets for successful closures. Build relationships through effective communication and negotiation with clients and candidates. Develop a strong network within the startup industry and emerging companies. Stay updated on startup industry trends and emerging companies. Qualifications: Proven experience in technical recruitment. Familiarity with job portals and social networking sites. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and match candidate profiles with job requirements. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
