Overall Purpose of The Job

The TA Partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a defined range of roles across designated business areas. Working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the TA Partner delivers a professional, candidate-focused recruitment service that meets quality and time-to-hire expectations, while upholding V.Group's values and recruitment best practice.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from role briefing and job posting through to offer management and pre-boarding.
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and candidate profiles.
Source candidates proactively through job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and other appropriate channels.
Screen applications and conduct telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain up-to-date records within the ATS and ensure data accuracy and compliance at all times.
Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, process and timelines.
Ensure all recruitment activity complies with local employment legislation, V.Group policy and values.
Contribute to team reporting and KPI tracking.
Support the wider TA team with projects and initiatives as required.

Essential

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role.
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience

Desirable

Experience using an applicant tracking system.
Knowledge of employment legislation in relevant jurisdictions.
Experience in a corporate or multi-site organisation.
