Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare reports, maintain trackers, and audit recruitment data.
Manage candidate, requisition, offer, and access-related information.
Use Excel for data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
Maintain SOPs, process documents, issue logs, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with US-based and local stakeholders across time zones.
Handle confidential information and manage multiple deadlines.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced MS Excel and reporting.
Data analysis, reconciliation, and auditing.
Knowledge of ATS/HR systems and ticketing tools.
Documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
