Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Use recruitment technology tools such as Job Recommender System, Talemetry, and other candidate-matching platforms.
• Review candidate profiles, apply defined qualification criteria, and prepare relevant candidate lists.
• Support sourcing activities using vendor platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment tools.
• Utilize Power BI reports to track recruitment data and support reporting activities.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, for daily recruitment operations.
• Maintain organized talent pools and ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, candidates, and team members to support recruitment activities.
• Manage recurring tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Required Skills
• Basic proficiency in ATS and CRM platforms, with the ability to learn new recruitment systems quickly.
• Willingness to learn Job Recommender System, Talemetry, and comparable recruitment technology tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work with Power BI reports and sourcing platforms such as Indeed.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidate profiles against defined qualification criteria.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and follow-through.
