· Help support region in identifying regional hiring agencies/ vendors, job boards, NGO’s, hiring platforms & lead generation partners that can help build new talent pipelines for our current open jobs

· Identifying hiring patterns across different regions and timelines to understand and forecast future capabilities or support that is required to enable our regional teams to hire within the et TAT’s

Who are we looking for?

· 5+ years of on ground experience in hiring and managing recruitment teams in the white & blue-collar hiring space

· should have Experience in Campus hiring

· Excellent knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry
