About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help identify, attract, and onboard top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Candidate Engagement
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Support pre-onboarding activities by assisting with document collection and compliance checks.
Employer Branding & Campus Hiring
- Contribute to job postings across relevant platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding events.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.
- Prepare reports on hiring metrics and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS is an advantage.
