End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various business verticals.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), social media, networking, and internal databases to build a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
Support Business development activities & accountings
