About the Role

Karnex Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.- Support the recruitment team in managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Assist with recruitment reports, documentation, and other talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
