Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Location: Onsite, Raipur, C.G. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain and update the candidate database. Support employer branding and engagement initiatives. Requirements: College graduates or students graduating after internship completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Interest in recruitment and HR processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
