Job Title: Human Resource Manager Location: Onsite, Raipur, C.G. Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-5 years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage HR operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Office and Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle HR documentation with precision. A positive and approachable personality is essential to ensure smooth employee management and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage HR documents efficiently, ensuring accessibility and security. Create and process important HR documents, including Offer Letters, Payslips, and Company Policies, using MS Office tools. Clearly communicate company policies to employees and resolve any queries effectively. Utilize Excel for salary calculations, attendance tracking, and HR data management. Maintain a calm, sincere, and approachable demeanor while managing employees and addressing their concerns. Handle negotiations related to salaries, benefits, and other employee-related matters. Take proactive initiatives in executing HR tasks without requiring frequent follow-ups. Stay updated with HR policies, including Provident Fund (PF), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and other compliance requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in HR management or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data analysis. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Personality Traits: Jolly, calm, and sincere, with the ability to manage employees smoothly. Proactiveness: Ability to take initiative and complete tasks without constant supervision. Good to Have: Knowledge of HR policies, payroll compliance, PF, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
