The Role We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive structured, high-quality recruitment for roles across advertising, digital marketing, and tech. You will interpret nuanced job descriptions, source and shortlist candidates with precision, and integrate seamlessly with Rizzas AI-enabled workflows. Your Impact Lead end-to-end recruitment, leveraging tool-based workflows and AI when needed. Dive deep into job descriptions to create accurate candidate profiles Source and screen candidates using platforms like Zoho Recruit, JobsOy, Naukri, and similar tools Maintain and optimize candidate pipelines organized, visible, and actionable Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, and support hiring managers collaboratively Bring structure and improvements to sourcing strategies and shortlisting Explore AI-enhanced recruitment methods using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. Be a proactive partner, identifying needs and proposing improvements in recruitment processes Requirements What You Bring 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience Proven ability to lead shortlisting and hiring independently Familiarity with recruitment ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, Jobsoid, or similar Understanding of job description frameworks and candidate-job alignment Experience in hiring for tech (development/coding) and/or advertising/media is strongly preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication High levels of ownership, organization, and initiative Speed, clarity, and accuracy as default modes of working Eagerness to learn and integrate AI or productivity tools into your work Benefits Commission on a month to month basis Work from home and mostly hybrid Learning opportunity and High Growth prospects with Start-up changing the HR Landscape
