Job Title: Business Development Manager – Hotel Tech Sales Experience: 1–4 Years (Freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply) Location: Gangtok Industry Type: Hospitality / SaaS / Hotel Technology Functional Area: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Education: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Job Description We are hiring a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the hotel technology domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with current regional customers, addressing their queries and needs. Proactively generate local leads and follow up on HOT and WARM leads to convert them into business. Identify up-selling opportunities with existing clients and plan for business expansion. Analyze customer escalations and suggest product enhancements accordingly. Travel across the assigned region to better understand local market needs and implement effective sales strategies. Conduct regular client meetings and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to launch region-specific campaigns to support sales growth. Maintain and expand the prospect database and exceed sales targets. Ensure timely reporting to the line manager and maintain CRM hygiene. Key Competencies: Proven sales expertise (Minimum 1 year; preferably in Hotel Tech/SaaS/Hotel Sales) Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills Ability to generate and convert leads independently Excellent verbal & written communication in English and local language Proficient in using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting Strong time management, multi-tasking, and target-driven approach Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably in hotel sales); freshers with strong sales interest may apply Own personal vehicle , laptop , and internet connection Strong negotiation and presentation skills Highly self-motivated and proactive personality Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Perks and Benefits: Attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding tech company Exposure to the hospitality tech ecosystem
