Founded by a young creative from Delhi, Tajurba | Experience provides a platform for individuals, especially emerging creatives, to express themselves, be seen and heard, and feel part of a collective. Role Description This is a remote volunteer role for a Social Media Lead , open globally . Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy. Plan and schedule social media content aligning with branding, tone and messaging. Abreast of emerging industry trends, algorithms and social media tools relevant to outreach and engagement. Curate attention-catching content, including captions, posts and creatives. Engage with followers through comments, messages and interactions, fostering community dialogue and strengthening brand affinity. Oversee and manage all social media channels pertinent to the zine. Uphold ethical standards in social media management. Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics is preferred not mandatory. Expected KSAs Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills. Content Strategy and Writing Skills. Strong Communication Skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Passion for non-profits, zines, magazines and community building is a plus. To Note Experience is preferred, not mandatory.
