Maximum flights food is prepared here in Taj Sats New Delhi Aerocity near Indira Gandhi international airport IGI. Approx 60+ airlines, headquarters in Mumbai. Very much concerned about hygiene and audits, keep doing initiatives to improve their operations, kitchen+ plant as per customer requirement

The cake and pastry is not good. Last time I ate it, it was very good, but now it is complete rubbish, everything else is good.

Supply food in flights through trucks. Good environment. Supportive staff. Provide meal to visitors (auditor, food inspector etc). Lots of food cooked here. There is also a documentary on Taj Sats on YouTube naming India's mega kitchen.

Mr. Ajay Rana and Mr. Rajesh Panchal from the catering department are the best 👍🏻. They are both very professional and well behaved. They have always given good handover for the galley.

Horrible service with a manager Mr. Deeependra who’s been misbehaving at an event hosted by oil companies at major dhyanchand national stadium. Would never recommend taj catering to anyone known on the contrary shall suggest not to go for.
