Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stitching, alterations, pattern making, and fitting for various garment types (men's, women's, or children's wear). You will be responsible for producing high-quality garments that meet customer expectations and uphold our brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch garments based on measurements, patterns, or samples.
• Perform alterations, repairs, and custom fittings.
• Take accurate body measurements from customers.
• Cut fabrics as per design and measurements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate with designers or clients to ensure design accuracy.
• Suggest appropriate fabrics, styles, and design modifications if needed.
• Handle embroidery, piping, or decorative sewing (if applicable).
• Deliver orders on time with a focus on quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tailor (minimum 6 years preferred).
• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and tools.
• Good understanding of garment construction and textiles.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing.
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
• Good communication skills (for customer interaction, if required).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of fashion trends or design.
• Embroidery or handwork skills.
• Experience in bridal wear or formal tailoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
