The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stitching, alterations, pattern making, and fitting for various garment types (men's, women's, or children's wear). You will be responsible for producing high-quality garments that meet customer expectations and uphold our brand's standards. Key Responsibilities: Stitch garments based on measurements, patterns, or samples. Perform alterations, repairs, and custom fittings. Take accurate body measurements from customers. Cut fabrics as per design and measurements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Collaborate with designers or clients to ensure design accuracy. Suggest appropriate fabrics, styles, and design modifications if needed. Handle embroidery, piping, or decorative sewing (if applicable). Deliver orders on time with a focus on quality. Requirements: Proven experience as a tailor (minimum 6 years preferred). Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and tools. Good understanding of garment construction and textiles. Strong attention to detail and finishing. Ability to work independently and under deadlines. Good communication skills (for customer interaction, if required). Preferred Skills (Optional): Knowledge of fashion trends or design. Embroidery or handwork skills. Experience in bridal wear or formal tailoring.
